Return Policy

 

  1.   Returns

 

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with tags (if applicable).
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless it is defective.

 

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@seronera.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

 

  1.   Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

  1.   Shipping Returns

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

  1.   Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at admin@seronera.co.za.
